Well it was an extremely busy morning with seeing HR for my exit interview from this organisation, then getting Karen's RAK in the mail (thank you) and then finally picking up two small pieces from the framers on the way home.Stellar is by Patti of Moonflower Designs and is in my finished album.
Cat Lover was a present stitched by my mum and is in my presents album.

Thanks also for your comments on my exit interview. It was a HUGE relief to get that out of the way. I hate confrontation and although HR was very understanding it was a difficult process to go through. Mind you I took her by surprise when she asked questions like "did you experience any harassment in the workplace" and I replied yes, here's copies of the email from my boss in which he harasses and bullies me. These emails go from last week back to 2003.
And then I handed over emails on inappropriate sexual comments, proving he ignores staff concerns, ordering us to ignore council wide policies, does not follow due procedures, deliberately falsifies meeting minutes and instructs others to do the same.... etc etc.
She was rather shocked that I had documentary evidence to back up each and every claim. And I had more than one instance of each.
Dunno if anything will happen but I was pleased that I had made a stand and brought it all to HR before I left, Even if they stick it in the bottom drawer and do nothing else, at least I did what *I* could.
well done you Gothy! It would be nice if your erstwhile (ex) boss got his comeuppance! Will any of your soon to be ex-colleagues keep you informed?
Oh yes! Some of them are real friends and we'll still do dinner together and such on a regular basis! Oh yes they will definitely tell me !!!!!!
Well done! And it's a HUGE thing that you had the documentation to back up the fact that this goes so much deeper than a mere "personality conflict". I hope that it is a start for making things better for the folks who are still there! :)
