Today's Good Point: 26 Aug 2009.

A very good friend recently said to me: "keep looking around and find the good things in each day, and each bend in the road.".

I'm going to do this daily to focus on the positives in life.

Today's Good Thing?  My friends!  I have an incredibly generous, tolerant, sassy, classy, intelligent, patient and thoughtful group of friends!  I love each and every one of you.

Thank you!

I love you too Sis! Although for me you might have to scratch 'Classy' off your list. Unless t-shirt, bed head, and no bra are the new Classy!

Classy is relative - at least, I hope it is :)

I think we all need to remember this every so often. Even when things are going okay, sometimes the small things get lost, and enough small things can add up. The friends I have found over the last couple of years have made all the difference!

Well I'm sitting here with dressing gown, cat and bed head :) Classy is an attitude dear, and you have it in spades!

One of the best things Stephen has done for me is introducing you to me. I feel blessed to have you in my circle of friends.

It's more that I try to get the hits in first before anyone else does. lol

It's been a blast 'knowing' you this past year or so, if we either of us manage to cross the planet I will be entirely pissed off if we don't meet for real.

Reminds me a bit of the Japanese saying: Don't let a day pass without joy.

No matter how small the joy, even just throwing the cotton ball for Trubs can add a little bit to it. On some days we have to be happy with just a wee bit of joy on others we get the bigger things :-)

Someone also told me once that you're good as long as you find just one reason to smile or laugh each day. Works for me.

That's also when you can start to give back - which you do! In abundance, Mel :-) Love you, too!

Do you guys know how weird it feels to be called "classy" ????

I feel so out of place in classy clothes or in classy restaurants or at classy events :) :) :)
