WIP - Draco the Protector

Draco the Protector by Enchanting Lair Designs.

I first saw this chart at the Online Needlework Fair in Octboer 2010.

This was originally presented as a Mystery Start - Kay guessed correctly that it is Draco the Protector from enchanting Lair.

Now that I have a few stitches into him, he is simmering down

Good grief, there's some bad spelling in my previous comment. I apologise and blame end of school holidays brain fade.

Before reading the other comments - I heard or read something of a Dracolair chart that took ages to arrive - So I'd guess at that one :-)

The thread and the fabric both look gorgeous!

Wasn't very far off with my guess, just remembered the wrong desinger, LOL!

Melissa Hicks said...

You know me - I have to be stitching a dragon somewhere along the line :)

Mariann Mäder said...

Yep, you do - how about the dragon in the Castle? Is that finished now?

Mariann Mäder said...

Wondering about the fabric - it's absolutely gorgeous! Details?

These colours are going to look fantastic on it.

A smashing little start, Mel, especially considering your migraines! That colour is absolutely gorgeous!

Great start! As everyone has said, this is a great combination!

Melissa Hicks said...

He got worked on again last night, now has the wing over his head done, so he may well be finished in a couple of months. If so, I can send the chart on to you - especially if it will get you stitching again :) :) :) :)
