What lovely flowers. Obviously I'm in the wrong hemisphere for spring flowers, so I will enjoy yours. Besides, you get such funky different varieties than we have up here. Love em!

I wont take credit - these were all planted long before I came to this house - I just thoroughly enjoy them :) :) I''ll post more pics as my flowers come out ... Last Saturday was a perfect day - blue skies - not a cloud anywhere and beautiful 27 degrees - lovely and warm without being too hot.

One of those days you just *cannot* spend inside.

What a sweetie!!!! Can you touch him?

Melissa Hicks said...

Yup. Doesn't like to be picked up but he knows that if he lets me pat him he'll get a drink of milk. Bribery! Corrupting children and animals since prehistoric times ....

He sometimes lays down on the tiles there and has a snooze, and feels almost part of the family, other days he comes in, bolts down the food and runs straight back out .....

Is he trying to get adopted do you reckon? and how does Trub cope?

Bribery always works.

He's sooo gorgeous looking. I know you can't adopt another, but I would take him in a heartbeat! Those eyes are stunners and so like "It's Time"....Oh I want....the cat, that is LOL

Hey sweetpea, could I have a large version of this?? I would love it as a desktop for a while, please!! It's beautiful.

Might be untreated but it's all growing so well there...seems quite happy with its current annoying position!

That's the one in a hundred fluke shot isn't it !!! I have it as my desktop at the moment! Sent to your email now.

That's a cool flower - the bud looks like our crocus, but those don't have a stalk and are single blooms! What a great color!

Yep, definitely the AMAP cat... He's kinda grumpy looking - needs lots of ear scritches, methinks...

We think he is at least half Black Persian. He has the squashed in face of a rag doll but the orange eyes of a Persian. Add in a few years of having to fight for every morsel and the associated scars and you have one mean looking cat. Except for the fact he's a perfect gentleman I would call him Greebo.

But he is a perfect gentleman. He will stand two feet away from Trub and sing at her until she deigns to notice him. He is always polite about waiting for me to put the food down and even now tolerates pats while he is eating.... still haven't got him to purrr yet though ....

Give it time. How long has Lothy been with you???

[cackles stupidly at the thought of Gothy and Lothy][simple things]

LOL Claire - thanks for the chuckle! And I love your flowers - it's nice to see spring colors while were jumping into reds, golds and rusts up here!!

We're jumping into those same old rusty colours too.......Would love to see Spring right now as much as I do love this time of year.
