Cat playing the piano

This was emailed to me - I have no idea where it originally came from.

I just thought it was cute and wanted to share .....

First I thought it was Chopstitcks, now I'm sure he's a very modern cat and it's a Philip Glass piece!
Loved it.

Cute! Do you suppose he actually knew he was creating the sounds? Just further proof that I have the most untalented, un-entertaining animals on the planet... mine would pee on a piano, but that would be about it.

Interesting and fascinating! Sarah hated the sound of the piano when she accidentally jumped on the keys. It probably frightened her. She'd never would have experimented like this cat. It seems this one actually listened to where the sounds came from and tried out some keys.

And like Claire i thought it was the start of Chopsticks, LOL!

I loved it - such a curious cat !!!! Paul said the beginning looked like she was tuning the keys. Listening hard to see if the note was in tune properly .....

This was adorable - can't quite picture any cat I've ever owned being that interested, though. Although my dad's beagle used to love to put her nose into the bell of my clarinet when I played..

Okay, now I know you and I were separated at birth. A couple of soccer-playing clarinet players! Though, I must admit that I was forced to play the clarinet, and hated every second of it - my mother played sax, so naturally, I wasn't allowed to play drums like I wanted (my mom didn't get the whole rock-star dream thing) - which in reality is probably just as well, seeing as I have no rhythm whatsoever. Can you learn that? At any rate, it's just funny that you mentioned clarinet, too... I've learned to live with the fact that the only musical bones I have reside in my ears....:)
