I don't speak German so I have no idea what is actually being said, I just thought it was sooo cute - especially the way the tail shows up at the beginning of the clip - Jaws-style .....

Ach zo! Ze Germans have a soft side.
I think he may be the primary petter of this cat as it looks so settled on him while he carries on presenting the weather. He does actually stop and introduce the cat in the forecast and apologise to the viewers.. Sweet cat leading the life of Riley in Germany
