What font are you?

http://www.pbs.org/independentlens/helvetica/quiz.html

You are Biergarten
Some people have a misanthropic side. You, on the other hand, have it written across your face. It's not that you're in a bad mood, or that you're just naturally gloomy - you just want to be left alone.

Okay we'll leave you alone.

Hmmm - wonder if I should really do these memes after being at work all day.

And yes it is a very Gothic font - unfortunately it doesn't translate well here.

I am Helvetica but would rather be Comic Sans which I use all the time.

Probably best not to be doing these memes after a bad day honey!

I am also Helvetica but would prefer to be the weird one! there is a lot to be said about the psychology of typefaces and they really go say a lot about perception. I used to work in direct mail and this was overlooked so many times.

Really not a good idea to do these things after a crap day - ((((((Hugs))))))

What was your answer on question 8? The doctor's waiting room where you spend the next 90 minutes of your life (or not)?

It says I'm Mrs Eaves - looks like this is a serif font and I strongly dislike all fonts with serifs, LOL! Says I'm the quiet kind though, and that is certainly true. Then I clicked on See other fonts and it gives me Claire's beloved Comic Sans - comment is funny though, because it hits home, too: "Face it, you have some growing up to do. There's part of you that's still stuck in a more childish phase. But you've also got plenty of playfulness that most grown-ups have long since lost." Yup, that's me.....

SO - I see myself as Helvetica much more likely (Actually I prefer Frutiger, which is close to Helvetica, just much finer in the line, but I don't see that in the list)

Twitter....exactly what I would be doing....or waiting outside in the car knitting which wasn't an option LOL.

That's what I selected too! It was the only option in the list given. The concept of spending the time reading wasn't on the list ....

Mine was sit for 90 minutes but within about 10 of those minutes, I would be fast asleep. That is why I take a piece of stitching with me when I have to see the doc. He is well used to me walking in with my handbag in one had and my project in the other!

LOL - wouldn't work for me, after all I insist of living without a mobile phone. And my other options, reading, knitting or stitching weren't available.

I did have a number of problems to reply to these questions, because I'm so far out of the loop of regular modern life I had a hard time finding ANY fitting options at all in the lists provided, LOL

... hence I think I'd be a very plain looking font!

I'm Helvetica, too, only because I couldn't actually truthfully answer 8 of those questions. And I saw Magneto wasn't in the list :) Papyrus & Comic Sans are my two other personal faves...

Another Helvetica here. I think the cardigan sweaters answer commited me, although most questions i really couldn't identify with any of the answers. Reading through it did make me want to silkscreen some t-shirts, though. :-P

Times New Roman. "Some call you timeless - others call you a snob. Either way, you're a class act. Just don't take yourself too seriously." Re Question 8, I said I'd reschedule. Who wants to sit around for 90 minutes reading old magazines?

Hmmm - Edwardian Script here: "A true romantic at heart, nothing gets your juices flowing more than the promise of flowery, fluttery love. Can you hear those violins playing? They're playing just for you, baby."

I suspect it's a combination of my answer for the movie (The Notebook) and the fact that my doc really does have the most gorgeous chocolate brown eyes! lol

I think mine was a case of the answers just weren't broad enough/ What do you do on a Saturday night - spend all my time on the interwebs ....

How many friends do you go out with - well none (cause they are all on teh interwebs!)

A Yahoo survey once said that big fonters are compensating for small genitalia...

Just another useless fact I thought I'd pass along...

"A Yahoo survey once said that big fonters are compensating for small genitalia..."

I thought that applied to sports cars?
