'Cause I'm a frog - yeah yeah yeah ...

Had to frog the entire left bottom triangular bit tonight. Frogged it all and got some of the stitching re-done .....
First time I've picked up a needle in over a week .......

Humph - froggies turning up is not appreciated!
That really looks great Mel!! This will be a beautiful finish really soon :)
Frogs or no, it looks great!
That's been a nice combo. You are almost done! Congrats.
Hope the frogs have gone, looking lovely!!
Well so far no frogs again - but I've put this down for a while in favour of another project. Will get back to it next weekend I think ..... I'm sure it will be my next complete finish though ......
Thanks all for your kind words !!!! I'm getting used to the variegateds now and I am tempted to redo the octagon in the middle to remove the stripey look ........
Glad to hear the frogs are staying away now. :)This is looking quite lovely though.
Aw, Mel, those frogs can be real pests, even if they are cute little buggers!! Glad to see you've gotten it all worked out now. The colors are fabulous!
Gotta ask, did you frog through your own fault or because the chart is wrong? I thought about it and just left it as it is..
My own fault. If you look up where the diagonal meets the previously stitched area ...
If you can see a straight line between the very ends of the ferny bits and then come into the next motif from the left. In the wrong one its red and green - on the fixed its all red.
I did X instead of XXXX
XXX X X
X X XXXX
XXXX
Threw me out a whole row. I was considering leaving it - but when I did the motif on the right I could see clearly that the left was wrong so I had to frog it all.
What mistake is in the chart ?????
Oh bugger - multiply doesn't leave spaces in posts .... hmmm how to illustrate this properly then ......
ROFL....no, Multiply pulls it all together neatly!!!...
Glad you got frogged and re-stitched. I swear, with the condition that my brain was in last week, I frogged more on those last two ferny bits I had left than on any other piece I've done EVER!
Why is it that we continue to stitch when we are in a brain fog - why do we do this to ourselves ??????
Oh well - so far no major frogs on my current WIP (Mel crosses her fingers then wonder why she can't pick up the needle}
