he he... if you have one cat alone the guilt can be tracked down easily... try having more than one at once and you'll find that they both (or all) PERFECT that look!
Yeah, looks like an hourly occurrence around here, and now that goofy pup thrown into the mix :) Of course, being a hound, she's already got the big, sad, brown eye thing completely down...
LOL I was just going to say that if you change the cat for a dog - it's pretty much life as usual in our house! (I won't mention that The Jerm has the human equivalent of this down pat as well!)

I say it's dogs in general! Puppy dog eyes even function with the oldest of dogs :-)
