These manuscripts are totally amazing. I don't know anything about manuscripts, but the detail and the pictures/lettering are stunning. Unbelievable work! You must have really enjoyed this visit. Cheers,
WOW - jealous muchly!!! The building alone is rather awesome, and then adding the contents - wow! Looks like an amazing exhibit!
I remember seeing somewhere an exhibit of some of the old woodcuts used for some of the early mass printings - had to have been in Ohio... Dayton Museum of Art? Cincinnati? At school maybe?? Maybe that was it, University of Dayton....
