And Mel, trust me being in charge is the ultimate pits!! They keep making me lead person at my job for each store. I hate it well not hate but it doesn't thrill me to pieces either. I quit Osco to get rid of being in charge. Yuck! Scott says I can't help it because I am wired to be in charge. If that is the case, someone please unwire me!!! VBG!

there are times when I like to be a drone - but in work situations yeah I usually like to be in charge - I focus on the task and the clients instead of office politics - so I do a damned good job - I just get my arse kicked for it on a regular basis :)
I get even more frustrated when I'm micro-managed by boss who is more about appearances than results ...
