Razzafrazzin Muggamuff

I appear to have left my home email turned on at home - so I can't access it via webmail at work.

So if you want me to respond to anything before tonight you had better PM me or add it into this blog post or email my work account (for those who have it).

Hugs all

I think the previous title suits this one too...spent the evening outside again stray feeding...not much sign of her though as I put the food out before I planned to spend time there. Saw more foxes than kitten,

How is the little stray? Getting better with human contact?

Claire EJ said...

Not tonight ...the foxes were very active so I hardly saw her. Was able to follow her on the cctv cams for a while, but no actual contact, sigh.
No doubt it'll be another 5am morning and I'll head out and try and catch her then.
For someone who denies wanting another cat and says I can't have one, Steve went to the store tonight without being asked and bought three bags of kitten food...erm, hello...denial.

Men are cute when they are in denial :) :) :)

Just saw the most perfect fridge magnet for you and I. It says: "I haven't told ... have you?"

I'll track down where I can buy them and buy you one :) :)

That does sound cute!

How are you feeling today?

Say to Steve that denial is NOT a river in Egypt. I've had a lecture today about getting another cat (the answer is no) because there is a 3yo Bengal needing a new home in Berkshire. I'll send Mum over to you - she is really good at catching feral cats for a rescue centre in Holland. She's just had one living in the cage in her utility room for a month often being examined by the dog and their two cats!

Two word - You 'nana!

he finally admitted last night [after five years] that he knows I had no choice but to take Buzz whether Steve liked it or not at the time..hah, vindicated.

Men and denial, it lasts a long time...

Melissa Hicks said...

Oooh if it was possible, then I'd say send it to me :) :) :)

Guilty as charged!

Do you REALLY know what you are letting yourself in for?????? PLease feel free to read this as 'are you nuts?'
Harry was a Bengal and I had him for 13 years. It was like living with a small dog with an identitly crisis who climbed curtains and terrified small children for hobbies. I described him as a small furry psychopath. I've just rea and article where the perfect companion for a Bengal was described as a dog and this was by a breed expert who I know. It is an accurate assessment.

I'd rather go to bed than start story telling LOL.
Erm, 2003, June. Mum and Dad's next door neighbours decided to emigrate to Spain. They have a ten year old boy and as his bribe for moving abroad, he wanted a dog. Someone had to take the one remaining cat [twins, Buzz and Woody]. We've known him since he was around 8wks old..No way in hell could he go to animal rescue. He was mine and Mum's cat. Pah, anyhow, poor Steve got told in no uncertain terms that we HAD to take Buzz in whether he liked it or not.

That FAT cat is the apple of his "Daddy's "eye...damn cat follows him everywhere and loves Steve to pieces. I'm his day time and middle of night person. The second the car pulls into the driveway, Buzz is there to greet Steve and love him.

I'll let ya know in the morning how I feel, today was the 2nd day of the drug so tomorrow should be even worse than today which was unpleasant as the drug started to work through. Ta for asking:)
Night all.

Bengals are gorgeous, beautiful animals. They are also mostly clinically insane sadly.

Accurate - try living in a house that is a breeding cattery for Bengals and Burmese. It was like a madhouse when we had three litters of Bengal kittens and one litter of Burmese all together. The Burmese used to take refuge together in a dark corner while the Bengals rampaged around like the Huns, Goths and Visigoths on speed! Oh and 17 adult cats including two studs.

I'm glad the drug is orking but sad it makes you feel like s***.

Melissa Hicks said...

Yep :) I love Bengals :) But remember I do live on my own. And realistically I would wait for Trubs to pass on first - I wouldn't do that to her.

But yeah I love Bengals and would adore two of them - to keep each other company while I wasn't there.

great description.....

The drug acts as a purge..works on anything nasty in the body. It's a part of the first treatment for H.I.V which I do not have PMSL...

Ever feel like you're eavesdropping, totally unintentionally? :) LOL

Drastic way to lose weight m'dear ......

In between bites - we're chowing down on pasta, and I have a hound resting her chin on my leg...

Melissa Hicks said...

She is such a cute hound dog .....

Claire EJ said...

Did ya even read the Buzz tale that I went to all the trubs of typing in last night?? did ya?? did ya??

Melissa Hicks said...

Of course I did sweetheart !!!! Cats are such fickle creatures - almost as fickle as men :) :)

Karen R said...

Yeah, she knows. She's our (OMG I can't believe I'm going to say this) Princess :) Damn dog is more spoiled then either of my kids - we didn't baby-talk the boys, but do we the dog? Yes. It's totally stupid. But she likes it :) I guess we're having more fun with her because, if she annoys us, we can put her in her crate. Try doing that to a kid - they can get out and then call the cops and have you arrested...

And for the record, she ate about 10 pieces of pasta, and the crust from my garlic bread....

kay jones said...

Only the crust? You were lucky, Delbert has been known to eat the whole garlic bread if I happen to leave the room with it on the table
