Bye all

I'm shutting down and packing the home computer for the move.

Catch you all when I reach the dark side (I've been reliably informed they do indeed have cookies).

Part 1 is done. The old house is completely packed up and all my worldly goods and chattels are on their way. I have cleaners, carpet cleaners and a gardener organised for the old house so I handed the keys back yesterday with nary a qualm. The property manager had less qualms than I did!

Today is last day of work and then down to mum's tomorrow.

YAY!! That ought to be at least one big weight off...?

It is a HUGE weight off !!!

I'm actually getting excited about the impending move now !!! :)

I'm glad the "slog" part is over and that you're back to looking forward to the move. It's a huge task - but you're definitely well on your way!

I can see why you can get started to look forward. It's the leaving behind of the old, heavy-weighing stuff that held you down, but now you've got rid of the package, so you should get better!

Have a safe trip to your mum and see you when you get online next :-)

Unfortunately I can't text, so I'll see if I find an opportunity to give you a short call tomorrow.

Have a safe trip and good luck with the move. Moving is always exciting, new place, new adventure, new job. Will be thinking about you.
