Grrrr!

Have I mentioned lately how much I detest being forced to get up in the dark!

And I am waiting not-so-patiently for my hour back :) First weekend in November we switch back to Std - hope I can last that long....

I'm the opposite. I hate having it get dark so early in the evening.

Just once or twice!

Yeah. I am so NOT a morning person. Sunset? Lovely. Sunrise? Sadistic.

Exactly.

How I agree with you. Why cant they leave the blasted times the same all year round; after all, it doesn't actually give you any more daylight.

Its Tuesday morning and I'm grumbling as much as I was yesterday! I don't care one whit if its light or dark when I get home - but I soooo want to get up after the sun!

I guess all the commuting in the last year or so has really exacerbated my dislike into outright loathing of being forced to get up in the dark!

Not since your Gosford days, love :-)

I'm like Twana, I don't mind getting up in the dark so much as I hate to come home in the dark. But if your inner clock works this way, you'll never change. Daylight saving time is a wonderful thing if you like your evenings to last, but your body needs to be able to live with it.

It's perhaps the years I've spent working extremely irregular shifts (daily changes!) that made me rather impervious to this. I'm basically a night owl, but I also work best through the morning. You can then wring me out like a wet towel between noon and 4pm, LOL!

Remember that it's just for a fortnight or so until the sun plays along with the clock!
