Congrats Mel! Engaged on Halloween too. Living up to the Goth end of the Gothtigger? LOL. I think a Halloween wedding would be in order. Always thought it would be cool to have a 'costume mandatory' wedding reception, LOL.
This date was entirely Stephen's idea !!!! He wanted a date he could remember and figured this way we could legitimately hold a Halloween Party every year :)
Gotta admit it had appeal!
Yes after a weeks of "How would you like a Zombie themed wedding?" "We could get married on Talk Like a Pirate Day?" to which my every response was "you haven't actually asked me again yet"
He finally said earlier this week "how about a Steampunk themed wedding" to which my reply the next day was "damn you - I thought about that one for hours last night!"
So yesterday, while at work, he rang and officially asked me again to marry him, before he put these posts out :)
